2D RPG: Skullgirls is coming to Android and iOS

Hidden Variable Studios is launching a mobile version of "Skullgirls" the said game will be available on both Android and iOS platforms it is also said that the game will sooner or later launched this year. The former developer of Skullgirls "Lab Zero Games" has grant the Hidden Variable Studios to release this must waited RPG games.

Skullgirl for mobile platforms will be a mixture of complex fighting game into a more casual mobile experience with RPG elements, according to the developers of the game, "The players will be able to customize and collect variations of the Skullgirls cast including all the characters starting with the famous Primed Parasoul, Silent Kill Valentine, Resonant Evil Big Band and Parasite Weave Filia.

There's a lot of features of the game including the "Fight Assist" that lets the players of Skullgirls as a more turn-based, tactical combat experience.

The developer Hidden Variable's mobile game will put a season based gameplay, with the first acting as a prequel as seen in the Skullgirls console game.

Android 7.0 Nougat Official Android Update

After all the debate and suggestions of all android users, Android N Update has finally has its name, the "Android Nougat".


Before it has been given a name way back on March since the sneak peek of this update has been released, the long term or naming the version of android has been ended.  followed by a contest that let fans vote on the name (even though Google then said it would choose what it wanted anyway). But now that that's settled, all we can do is wait for Google to introduce Nougat on the new Nexus phones this fall.

Intel has been fallen behind in terms of "Supercomputer Chips"

The top leading microprocessor innovator "Intel" has been fell behind when it comes to supercomputer chips issue, Intel has been punched down by Chinese Government and IBM

According to the news, Chinese government has launched their supercomputer called "TaihuLight" that is capable of performing 124.5 petaflop making it the first supercomputer to break the 100 petaflop. Technically, a single petaflop is equal a one quadrillion calculations per second, that's how TaihuLight performs, since TaihLight is made from Chinese government it also runs entirely on Chinese hardware from CPU to RAM and other stuff inside the system unit.

While the Chinese government is celebrating the birth of their supercomputer, on the other hand, The IBM has also revealed "Summit" a supercomputer that is said will be deployed in the U.S. Department of Energy's Oak Ridge National Laboratory this coming early 2018. This monstrous machine is capable of running at 150 petaflops, but IBM surprised the audience when they claim that this machine can run up to 200 petaflops, that's a record breaking performance when it comes to processing and computing. The Summit runs not on any Intel's processor but with their very own IBM Power9 Microprocessors and with Nvidia's Next-gen Vola GPUs.

So why the Intel left Behind?

So there are many reasons to consider why this happens to Intel, First is the U.S. Government, Why? recently we heard the news that the U.S. Government blocked the Intel from selling their new Xeon chips to Chinese supercomputers last April, what lies behind this reason is their role in nuclear research. It is said that the Chinese Government has ordered tens of thousands of new Xeon chips from Intel to upgrade Tianhe-2 speed from 33 petaflops to almost over 110 petaflops, that's a lot of upgrade for a supercomputer's computing speed.

iOS 10: New lock-screen and other features [Video Hands-on]

One of the major changes of iOS 10 update is its lock-screen, in which apple seems to be having a major changes to its functionality even the fonts and style has been updated. Bolder font and the famous "slide to unlock" has been remove to the new update, instead replacing it with "Press home to unlock" in which can only be unlock using a registered fingerprint identification or "Touch ID" from its owner. 

Here's a quick video hands-on of the new iOS 10 Lock-screen

Upon getting this update, you notice that the status bar displays a lock icon which means the device needs to be unlock using The Touch ID, and when you notice that the lock icon is not visible it only means that you can unlock the phone by really pressing the home button to access the app drawer.

Let's take this to a more simpler explanation. "When you wake up your device"

Lock icon on the top = Press home to unlock at the bottom (This means that you need to rest your touch id or your "thumb" at the home button for you access the app drawer.

Lock icon not visible = Press home to open at the bottom (This can only mean that the device is already unlocked and you need to press the home button to access the drawer.

while on the lock-screen you can also access the camera by swiping at the right side of the screen and after you can just press the home button to return to the lock-screen state. You want to access widgets? not a problem, because you can just swipe the left side of the screen to access all the widgets available.

This is truly an overhaul version of iOS 10 Lock-screen compared with the previous update, there are actually lot of features just on the lock-screen itself including the continuity shortcut at the left bottom of the screen. The notification are can also be accessible while on lock-screen you can access it by just swiping down the status bar.

So being lazy with multiple touches to access something, apple does it for you in just a swipe or two, while in lock-screen there are tons of update regarding the functionality of the iPhone inside the lock-screen itself.
